What About Vaccines?

 There is a debate going on today about whether vaccines are safe, effective, and even necessary.  Should your child be vaccinated?  Should you be vaccinated?  Some links are posted below to help you start thinking about this.  Some have experienced life changing reactions to being vaccinated.  Some have found methods to improve or cure their reaction.  Others were changed for life.  A few have even died in certain cases.

Contrary to what some of these sources may say or imply, vaccines have, in certain situations, done a tremendous amount of good.  Thousands of African lives were saved thanks to the small pox vaccines that were administered sometime in the 1930s or 1940s.  Prior to that the children died like flies from a previous outbreak of that virus.  However, it is true that some vaccines are not necessary or are actually dangerous for at least certain children or in certain situations.  (No one ever got chicken pox vaccines in my generation and before.  Some mothers even made sure their kids got the virus so they would have immunities to it.  I'd like to know if those vaccinated for it have a greater risk of having shingles later in life, come to think of it.)

As for the accusations regarding autism and vaccines, I'd have to say that, aside from actual brain damage, I think that probably there is usually a predisposition in the child toward that problem which, for some reason, the vaccines stimulate or cause to develop to a noticeable point.  Vaccines are not the sole cause of autism in children.  I say this because I know for a fact that there are children who develop autism who were not vaccinated.  I know of at least one, maybe two such cases.  However, I will say that their mother was vaccinated as a child, and so that leaves some areas open for speculation.  In one of the cases the child's autism is mild, and I suspect that if she were vaccinated it's possible that it would become much worse.  Her parents are not planning to have their kids vaccinated, so I'm glad to say we probably won't find out.

I know of another boy who had sever asthmatic problems.  His parents were in and out of emergency rooms with him from the time he was a baby.  When he was a child, on one particular doctor visit he was supposed to be getting several vaccines.  His mother refused to have all of them given to him because she was convinced it would cause a major health incident for him (perhaps previous vaccinations had made her realize this).  The doctor pooh-poohed her and said it would be fine.  She then asked the doctor to sign a statement saying he had insisted upon giving the boy the shots and had said that it would not be a problem (she had come armed with this paper in her purse, knowing full well that she was heading into a battle).  The doctor had second thoughts when presented with that option, and so, they started with one vaccine.  The boy ended up in the hospital with an allergic reaction.  I don't remember how long he was there.  Had they done the usual group of vaccines that he was "supposed" to get at that appointment he quite possibly would be dead today.  The doctor realized what he was dealing with, and the boy's vaccines were spaced widely apart after that.  I don't know if he's had all of his childhood immunizations yet.

Based upon some of the information here, I would suggest never taking a child/baby to be vaccinated when he/she is sick or has diarrhea.  Really, that only makes good sense when you consider that their immune system is already being stimulated from another source.  Why increase the load?

Please, consider the material here, do your own research, and then make a prayerful and intelligent decision about vaccines based upon the health and needs of your children.

Dangers of Vaccines - an interview with Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, an osteopath who practices integrative medicine (a mixture of traditional and natural medicine).  She wrote a book on the danger of vaccines.  Her comments seem pretty level headed for the most part.
Why in the world is MSG needed in vaccines, anyway?  Why would they use mercury in them?  These are not things that should be injected in adults, let alone babies and children!
Note: If you question whether vaccines can do permanent or lethal damage to your children, look up Gardasil stories on YouTube.com and watch some of the true life stories of girls who were injured or died from these vaccinations.  The same department of the government who approved this HPV vaccine and scared thousands of girls into getting it, are responsible for the "safety" of the childhood vaccines your children are supposed to get - the FDA.  Granted, vaccines may be necessary in certain situations (they are required to travel or live in certain parts of the world), but it is important to weigh the so-called benefits against the possible problems. At least consider getting some of the infant/childhood vaccines later rather than early.  If your children are predisposed to certain ailments, you may want to forgo certain vaccines entirely.  As is explained in some of the information above, it is not the vaccines themselves that are the only problem, but the fact that there are other contaminates and residual cells in them from the process of growing them.

I am not going to tell you what you should do about vaccinating your children.  It is a choice that I think parents need to make for their own children and situation (not other people's children), with the guidance of the Lord.  There is plenty of information on the internet.  I just advise you to stay away from the rabid conspiracy mongers and seek out more rational information. (This is not because I don't think there is some possible "conspiracy" involved, but rather because conspiratorialists are often guilty of massaging, changing or inventing facts to fit their own personal presupposition of what "The Conspiracy" is and who is behind it and why.  There is an ultimate conspiracy and there is someone behind it.  Satan wants people under his control or dead and in hell.  By and large, all the other smaller "Grand Plans" are an outflow of that one.  Our hope is in the Lord!)

I only have one further comment to make.  I would remind you that "... the love of money is the root of all evil...", 1 Timothy 6:10.  This pretty much sums up the reason that the medical industry and government would want to force their vaccines upon us without taking reasonable responsibility for the outcome and without ensuring that they are safe, effective and not contaminated with hazardous substances.
